++ Write a to-do list the evening before

++ Exercise / sport (10,000 steps)

++ Learn something new every day

++ Be grateful for one thing every day

++ Take regular breaks (for long-term memory)

++ Pursue a long-term goal

++ Occasional digital detox program 

++ A regular sleep schedule 

++ Red activities every day (doing good)

++ Dedicate every day to the dream

++ Keeping your living and working areas tidy
