General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of PlusX2 Network
Introduction to the PlusX2 Network T&Cs
PlusX2 Network is more than just a network marketing platform - it is a company that offers independent partners a unique framework for cooperation and growth. The PlusX2 business model enables a special kind of value creation, where synergies are created and innovative income streams are developed.
The structure of PlusX2 Network is based on the principle of virtual companies, in which all partners remain legally and economically independent, but are closely linked via the PlusX2 Network platform. This connection is supported by modern online tools and digital technologies that enable efficient communication and collaboration - regardless of the partners' geographical location.
PlusX2 Network presents a unified front to customers and prospects, ensuring a consistent and trustworthy image. Behind this uniformity, however, lies the diversity of the partners, who bring their expertise and individual business models to the network. This creates a network based on the universal principles of trust, growth and sustainable success.
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) describe the legal framework and guidelines that govern this unique collaboration. They create clarity about the rights and obligations of all parties involved and serve as the basis for harmonious and successful cooperation within the PlusX2 network.

Terms and Conditions:
Use of the PlusX2 offer:
The purchase of the PlusX2 offer, which is subject to a charge, authorises the use of the content and tools contained therein.
Right of cancellation:
The purchase of digital products is excluded from exchange. There is no right of cancellation.
Self-employment:
Business partners of PlusX2 Network operate on a self-employed basis.
Registration:
Natural persons aged 18 and over can register as business partners. Minors require the written consent of a parent or legal guardian. Legal entities can also register.
Free status:
Registration as a business partner is free of charge.
Business partners with free status can approach new partners for the entire range of services and introduce them to the company.
In free status, the business partner receives full remuneration on each turnover of each directly sponsored business partner.
Cancellation of free status:
Free status can be cancelled at any time at no cost.
Active status:
Business partners who have purchased the fee-based PlusX2 offer themselves receive ‘Active’ status.
Active-qualified status:
Business partners who have directly referred the PlusX2 offer to at least two new users are awarded ‘Actively Qualified’ status.
Remuneration model:
Compensation is paid on directly referred purchases from customers and business partners.
If business partners set up a sales or distribution organisation, additional remuneration is paid in the form of an organisation bonus. The current remuneration plan applies.
Payments:
Payouts (commissions) are made in Bitcoin or, if necessary, an alternative digital or physical currency.
Payouts are initiated via the online office to an e-wallet. The business partner is fully responsible for providing the correct e-wallet address. You can only withdraw your earnings generated with PlusX2, not your own deposited funds.
Changes to the remuneration plan:
A change to the compensation plan may be made if the economic circumstances of the company or legislation so require.
Liability:
PlusX2 accepts no liability for incorrect or invalid wallet addresses or any resulting losses.
Account ownership:
The business partner is the sole owner of his PlusX2 account. To log in to the PlusX2 account, the personal email address and the personal password are required. In addition, the business partner can activate two-factor authentication (2FA) to increase access security. The account can be inherited, transferred or sold. In the case of a sale, a purchase agreement must be submitted between the parties. In the case of inheritance, the certificate of inheritance with express provision and naming of the beneficiary as the new account holder serves as proof.
Cancellation by the business partner:
Business partners may terminate their membership in writing at any time.
Upon cancellation, all entitlements under the compensation plan expire. Re-registration is possible after a waiting period of 90 days.
Cancellation by PlusX2 Network:
Once a position in the PlusX2 Network has been obtained, it is guaranteed by these GTC.
The partnership can only be terminated by PlusX2 Network for good cause (e.g. multiple violations of the GTC, deliberate damage to the company or the community).
In the event of a conflict, an independent court will decide. This means that an independent court company or an independent lawyer accepted by both sides, who is not a member of or close to either party to the conflict, is called in to judge the dispute.
PlusX2 Network is committed to a free market economy and fair and honest dealings between all parties involved. If a business partner does not comply with the GTC or deliberately causes damage to PlusX2 Network, for example through fraud, damage to reputation, unfair advertising statements, etc., the perpetrator will be warned and any credit balance withheld until clarification by the independent court company or the independent lawyer.
Confidentiality of data:
PlusX2 assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of business partners' registration and profile data.
Communication:
Communication between PlusX2 and the business partners takes place primarily by e-mail.
Place of jurisdiction and applicable law:
International law applies to disputes. The place of jurisdiction is Panama City.
Final provisions:
The contractual languages are German, English and Spanish.
PlusX2 Network reserves the right to make changes to websites, regulations, terms and conditions.
The invalidity of a provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
