1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services provided by PlusX2 Network.
PlusX2 provides software, digital content, coaching services and online training for network marketing professionals and individuals seeking professional development in this field.

 

2. Services

PlusX2 offers digital working software, training materials, live webinars and coaching programs.
The specific scope of services depends on the selected package.

 

3. Registration and Legal Status

(1) Registration as a business partner is free of charge.
(2) Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 or older and to legal entities.
(3) Business partners act independently and on their own economic responsibility.
(4) No employment, agency, franchise or partnership relationship is established.

 

4. Compensation

(1) Compensation is paid exclusively in accordance with the current compensation plan.
(2) Commission claims arise only from completed and paid transactions.
(3) There is no guarantee of income or success.

 

5. Payouts

(1) Payouts are primarily made in Bitcoin to the wallet specified by the business partner.
(2) The business partner is solely responsible for providing correct wallet information.
(3) Only earned commissions may be withdrawn.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal

Digital products and immediately available online services are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

 

7. Liability

(1) PlusX2 is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the business partner.
(2) Liability for lost profits is excluded, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

 

8. Account Ownership

(1) Each PlusX2 account is personal to the business partner.
(2) Accounts may be transferred, sold or inherited.
(3) A processing fee of USD 100 in BTC applies to any transfer, sale or inheritance.

 

9. Termination

(1) Business partners may terminate their participation at any time in writing.
(2) Upon termination, all compensation claims expire.
(3) Re-registration is possible after a waiting period of 90 days.
(4) PlusX2 may terminate the agreement for good cause.

 

10. Communication

Communication between PlusX2 and business partners is primarily conducted via email.

 

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

International law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is Panama City, Panama.

 

12. Final Provisions

(1) Contract languages are German, English and Spanish.
(2) PlusX2 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
(3) If any provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

No income, profit or success guarantees are provided.
