General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of PlusX2 Network

Introduction to the PlusX2 Network T&Cs

PlusX2 Network is more than just a network marketing platform - it is a company that offers independent partners a unique framework for cooperation and growth. The PlusX2 business model enables a special kind of value creation, where synergies are created and innovative income streams are developed.

The structure of PlusX2 Network is based on the principle of virtual companies, in which all partners remain legally and economically independent, but are closely linked via the PlusX2 Network platform. This connection is supported by modern online tools and digital technologies that enable efficient communication and collaboration - regardless of the partners' geographical location.

PlusX2 Network presents a unified front to customers and prospects, ensuring a consistent and trustworthy image. Behind this uniformity, however, lies the diversity of the partners, who bring their expertise and individual business models to the network. This creates a network based on the universal principles of trust, growth and sustainable success.

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) describe the legal framework and guidelines that govern this unique collaboration. They create clarity about the rights and obligations of all parties involved and serve as the basis for harmonious and successful cooperation within the PlusX2 network.

Terms and Conditions:

Use of the PlusX2 offer:
The purchase of the PlusX2 offer entitles the user to use the content and tools included.

 

Right of withdrawal:
The purchase of digital products is non-returnable. There is no right of withdrawal.

Self-employment:
Business partners of the PlusX2 network are self-employed.

Registration:
Natural persons over the age of 18 can register as business partners. Minors require the written consent of a parent or guardian. Legal entities may also register.
 

Free status:
Registration as a business partner is free.
Business partners with free status can approach new partners for the full range of services and refer them to the company.
In free status, the affiliate receives full compensation for each sale made by each directly sponsored affiliate.
 

Ending Free Status:
Free status can be terminated at any time at no cost.
 

Active status:
Affiliates who have purchased the PlusX2 offer themselves will receive Active status.

Active-qualified status:
Business partners who have directly referred at least one other PlusX2 offer to a new user receive the status "active-qualified".

Compensation model:
Commissions are paid on purchases made directly by customers and affiliates.
If business partners set up a sales or distribution organisation, additional remuneration is paid in the form of a revenue bonus and an organisation bonus. The remuneration plan will apply from November 2024. 

Payouts:
Payouts (commissions) will be made in Bitcoin or, if applicable, in an alternative digital or physical currency. 
Payouts are initiated via the online office to an e-wallet. It is the affiliate's sole responsibility to ensure that the e-wallet address is entered correctly.

Changes to the Compensation Plan:
A change to the compensation plan is not planned, but is possible if circumstances require it and at least 51% of the affiliates with active status or active-qualified status agree to the change. Such a vote will be announced 30 days prior to the change and will take place online. 

Liability:
PlusX2 accepts no liability for incorrect or invalid wallet addresses or any resulting losses.

Account ownership:
The business partner is the sole owner of his PlusX2 account. The personal e-mail address and password are required to log into the PlusX2 account. In addition, the Business Partner can activate two-factor authentication (2FA) to increase access security. The account can be inherited, transferred or sold. In the case of a sale, a purchase agreement between the parties must be submitted. In the case of inheritance, the certificate of inheritance with an explicit provision and naming of the beneficiary(ies) as the new account holder will serve as proof.

Cancellation by the Business Partner:
Business Partners may terminate their membership in writing at any time.
Upon termination, all claims under the Compensation Plan expire. Re-registration is possible after a waiting period of 90 days.

Termination by PlusX2 Network:
A position in the PlusX2 Network is guaranteed by these terms and conditions.
The partnership can only be terminated by PlusX2 Network for important reasons (e.g. multiple violations of the terms and conditions, intentional damage to the company or the community).
In the event of a conflict, an independent arbitration company will decide according to a libertarian model. This means that an independent arbitration company or an independent lawyer who is accepted by both sides and who does not belong to or is close to one of the parties to the conflict will be called in to assess the dispute.

PlusX2 Network believes in a free market economy and fair and honest dealings between all parties. If a business partner does not adhere to the terms and conditions or deliberately damages PlusX2 Network, for example through fraud, defamation, unfair advertising, etc., the perpetrator will be warned and any credit will be withheld until the matter has been clarified by the independent court company or the independent lawyer. 

 

Confidentiality of data:
PlusX2 is not responsible for the accuracy of the registration and profile data of its business partners.

Communication:
Communication between PlusX2 and the business partners takes place primarily via e-mail and telegram channels.

Place of jurisdiction and applicable law:
International law applies to disputes. The place of jurisdiction is Panama City.
 

Final provisions:
The contract languages are English, German and Spanish.
PlusX2 Network reserves the right to make changes to the websites, rules, conditions and terms and conditions.

If the changes affect the functioning or the income opportunities of the affiliates, the rule applies that at least 51% of the voting affiliates agree to the change. Affiliates with active or active-qualified status are entitled to vote. Excluded from this provision is the need for a change in the business or compensation plan due to legal requirements, such as new legislation. 

The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
